Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Online Catalog Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce team. This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our digital presence from anywhere. As an Online Catalog Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely listing of products on our online platforms. Your primary focus will be on simple product data entry, ensuring all product information, images, and pricing are correctly presented to our guests. If you have a keen eye for detail, a basic understanding of e-commerce, and are proficient with digital tools, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update product information, descriptions, specifications, and attributes for new and existing items.
- Upload and manage product imagery, ensuring high-quality visuals meet brand guidelines.
- Verify product pricing and promotional details are correctly applied in the catalog system.
- Conduct regular audits of online product listings to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., merchandising, marketing) to ensure product content is aligned with overall strategy.
- Maintain organized records of product data and catalog changes.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for product launches and updates.
- Provide support for various e-commerce initiatives as needed.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online catalog principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with retail product categories and terminology.
- Experience with image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) for basic resizing/cropping.
