Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Online AI Trainers to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the intelligence and accuracy of Google’s cutting-edge AI models. You will be responsible for evaluating AI-generated content, providing high-quality feedback, and generating new data to train these models. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the future of AI technology from anywhere in the USA, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and critically analyze AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Generate new, diverse, and high-quality data (e.g., questions, responses, summaries) to train AI systems.
- Identify patterns and inconsistencies in AI behavior and communicate findings effectively.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to maintain high data quality.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English (US English).
- Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting complex instructions and guidelines.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content creation, technical writing, data annotation, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and large language models.
- Experience working with diverse datasets and complex information structures.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (beyond English) is a plus, but not required for this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
