This is a critical full-time position responsible for the efficient sorting, loading, and unloading of packages during the overnight shift, ensuring timely delivery for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, load, and unload packages into and out of vehicles and containers.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Accurately complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Handle packages of varying sizes and weights, up to 75 lbs, with or without assistance.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently from 10 PM to 6 AM.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, pull, and carry packages frequently.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labor role.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – certification a plus).
