Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IV Hydration Nurse to join our dynamic team at Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy in Cicero, Illinois. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, administering IV drip therapy and other wellness services within a luxurious and supportive lounge environment. Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV hydration and nutrient therapy safely and effectively according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assess health history, and recommend appropriate IV therapies based on individual needs.
- Monitor clients during and after treatments, ensuring their comfort, safety, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Educate clients comprehensively on the benefits of IV therapy and other Restore Hyper Wellness services, fostering an understanding of proactive health.
- Assist in maintaining a pristine, organized, and inviting wellness lounge environment, upholding our high standards of cleanliness and client experience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the wellness team, including other nurses, wellness coaches, and front desk staff, to ensure a cohesive and positive client journey.
- Actively participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in wellness and IV therapy.
- Contribute to the sales of wellness packages, memberships, and retail products, leveraging product knowledge to earn commission and support business growth.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with demonstrated proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy techniques.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, wellness clinics, spa environments, or urgent care settings.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Certification in IV therapy or advanced vascular access techniques.
- Proven ability in sales, upselling, or recommending services within a healthcare or retail setting.
