Job Description
Ipsos is seeking detail-oriented and discreet individuals to join our team as Mystery Shoppers in the Pasadena area. This unique opportunity allows you to provide invaluable feedback on customer service, store environments, and product availability at various retail establishments, restaurants, and service providers. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service locations anonymously, following specific scenario guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate specific details related to customer service, employee interaction, store cleanliness, product placement, and overall customer experience.
- Interact with staff as a typical customer, adhering to provided scripts or interaction points.
- Complete detailed, accurate, and objective online reports promptly after each visit, providing specific examples and supporting documentation (e.g., photos, receipts) as required.
- Adhere strictly to all assignment guidelines, deadlines, and confidentiality protocols.
- Maintain anonymity and discretion throughout the shopping and reporting process.
Required Skills
