Job Description
We are seeking discerning and discreet individuals to join our exclusive Weekend Roster as Mystery Dinner Guests. This unique contract role involves anonymously visiting select dining establishments within our luxury portfolio to evaluate the overall guest experience, service quality, and ambiance. Your objective feedback will be crucial in helping us uphold our world-renowned standards of excellence. This is not a culinary critique role, but rather an assessment of the complete service journey from arrival to departure, including interaction with staff, order accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. Ideal candidates possess a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and the ability to provide objective, constructive feedback in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit designated Ritz-Carlton affiliated dining venues during weekend hours as a regular guest.
- Observe and evaluate all aspects of the dining experience, including cleanliness, ambiance, staff professionalism, menu knowledge, service efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Interact with staff naturally without revealing your identity or purpose.
- Complete detailed and objective evaluation reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, focusing on specific criteria provided.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery visit.
