Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Pick, pack, and scan customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working at heights, standing for extended periods, and walking long distances.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory management systems.
