This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced CDL-A drivers seeking consistent miles and reliable pay. Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over long distances.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and trailers in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Transport freight in accordance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, logistics teams, and customers.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods while adhering to established routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines and manage hours of service.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major incidents
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations, HOS (Hours of Service), and ELD compliance
- Ability to lift, push, and pull freight as needed (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliability and a strong commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight operations
- Hazmat endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- Reefer (refrigerated trailer) experience
- Familiarity with Pasco, WA, and surrounding regional routes
