Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Center Administrator to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This crucial role involves supporting the daily operations of our medical center, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient administrative processes, and a positive experience for both patients and staff. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare administration. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain patient records with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, procedures, and consultations.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and direct calls appropriately.
- Process patient registrations, insurance verifications, and co-payments.
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize clinic schedules and resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit billing documentation and assist with claims processing.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and medical forms, reordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Assist with onboarding new administrative staff and provide ongoing support.
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Certification in Medical Office Administration or Medical Assisting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices (ICD-10, CPT).
- Experience with AdventHealth systems or similar large hospital networks.
