Job Description
We are seeking a enthusiastic and reliable Makeup Artist Assistant to join our vibrant team for event-based, weekend work. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the beauty industry, eager to gain hands-on experience, and comfortable working in fast-paced event settings. You will support our lead makeup artists, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead makeup artists with setup and breakdown of workstations, including sanitizing tools and organizing products.
- Prepare clients for makeup application, ensuring comfort and readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the makeup studio and on-location kits.
- Help manage schedules and client flow during busy event periods.
- Perform basic tasks such as brush cleaning, product decanting, and restocking supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Travel to various event locations, primarily within the Swansea and surrounding Wales areas.
