Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Kitchen Hardware Fitter to join our team in Calgary. This role focuses on the installation, repair, and maintenance of various kitchen hardware components for our customers and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on small maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Install and fit various kitchen hardware, including cabinet hinges, drawer slides, handles, knobs, and other accessories.
  • Perform minor adjustments and repairs to existing kitchen hardware to ensure proper functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Conduct quality checks on installations and repairs to meet company standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Safely operate and maintain a range of hand and power tools relevant to hardware fitting.
  • Manage and organize personal tools and company equipment efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress and any potential issues.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures on site.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills

  • Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools.
  • Basic carpentry and assembly skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in fitting hardware.
  • Problem-solving abilities for on-the-job challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
