Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Title Analyst to join our Content Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and enhancing metadata for Netflix’s vast content catalog. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of title information, contributing directly to the discoverability and user experience for millions of subscribers. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about media, meticulous in their work, and eager to grow within the entertainment technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process incoming content metadata, ensuring strict adherence to Gracenote and client-specific (Netflix) guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks on existing title data, identifying and correcting discrepancies, errors, or omissions.
- Research and verify information for film, TV series, and other media titles, utilizing various internal and external resources.
- Collaborate with content acquisition, editorial, and technical teams to resolve metadata issues and improve data quality workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, guidelines, and changes made to the content catalog.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of metadata standards and tools.
- Monitor and report on metadata accuracy and completeness metrics.
Required Skills
