Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and stable IV Hydration Clinic Aide to join our growing health and wellness team in Biloxi, MS. This entry-level position is perfect for an individual passionate about health, wellness, and providing exceptional patient support in a clinical setting. The IV Hydration Clinic Aide will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, assisting with patient preparation, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting our nursing staff in delivering high-quality IV hydration therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient arrivals, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies.
- Assist patients with comfortable positioning and provide support before, during, and after IV hydration therapy.
- Monitor patient comfort and well-being throughout their visit, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff.
- Maintain inventory of IV hydration supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Perform sanitization and sterilization of equipment and clinic areas in accordance with health and safety protocols.
- Accurately document patient information and clinic activities as directed by supervising nurses.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering patient questions, and ensuring a positive clinic experience.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
