Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Bot Validator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our automated bots and intelligent process automation solutions. This “Smart Working” role combines technical rigor with flexible working arrangements, focusing on the quality assurance and validation aspects of our cutting-edge AI and automation initiatives. You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and project managers to test, document, and report on the functionality of our robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology who are looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of automated bots and RPA solutions.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and validation protocols.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in bot performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of validation processes, test results, and bot specifications.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and bot optimization.
- Participate in review meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation solutions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in automation development.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Basic understanding of programming logic or scripting (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or validation role.
- Certification in relevant automation or testing technologies.
