Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort as a Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to ensure our guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and inviting. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linens.
- Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Ensure all public areas are clean and presentable.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Manage cleaning cart and supplies efficiently, ensuring proper inventory and storage.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Good physical stamina to perform duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
