Job Description
Are you a compassionate and caring individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? Join our dedicated team as a Care Assistant in Norwich! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start a rewarding career in care, with full training provided and your DBS check fully paid for. You will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents with their daily routines, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Help with meal times, offering assistance and encouragement as needed.
- Engage residents in social activities, conversations, and companionship.
- Monitor and record residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents.
- Administer medication in accordance with training and policy (after relevant training).
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues.
