Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles, trailers, and conveyor systems.
- Sort and scan packages according to destination and various operational procedures.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall facility goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally (with assistance).
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, general labor, or similar environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
