Key Responsibilities
- Assist FedEx drivers with loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles.
- Verify package counts and ensure accuracy before and after deliveries.
- Navigate routes with drivers, providing support with directions and scheduling.
- Safely handle packages of various sizes and weights, adhering to company safety standards.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent service.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch regarding delivery status and issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
- Perform other support duties as assigned to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 75 lbs regularly.
