Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled itineraries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record at all times.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and inspected daily for safety and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring a comfortable ride.
- Maintain punctuality for all pickups and drop-offs, adapting to real-time traffic conditions.
- Represent Blacklane with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic navigation proficiency using GPS and mapping applications.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to obtain any necessary state or local chauffeur permits/endorsements (e.g., P-endorsement if required) within a specified timeframe (company will assist).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality, retail).
- Familiarity with the Elk Grove, Sacramento, and surrounding Northern California areas.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
