Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our dynamic team in Croydon, Greater London. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for skilled professionals to contribute to challenging projects, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 across various modules (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement). Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and project teams.
- Develop functional design documentation and collaborate with technical teams during implementation phases.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and post-go-live assistance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the practice.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE).
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration and customization capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230).
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure).
- Prior consulting experience with a focus on enterprise-level implementations.
- Project management experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies.
