Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist our experienced dentists and hygienists during various dental procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready for use.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in accordance with strict infection control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
  • Ensure patient comfort and provide a calming presence during their visit.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of dental supplies.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and study for the NDAEB certification exam.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the dental field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
