Job Description

As an Entry-Level Customer Experience Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in helping Target uphold its commitment to outstanding guest service. This 100% remote position involves systematically reviewing and analyzing customer interactions across various channels, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. You will contribute directly to enhancing our service quality and ensuring every guest interaction reflects Target’s brand values. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of customer interactions (e.g., phone calls, chat transcripts, emails) based on established quality guidelines.

  • Document evaluation findings accurately and completely within our quality management system.
