Job Description

TELUS International AI Data Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Creative AI Response Evaluator, focusing specifically on tone and style. In this role, you will play a critical part in refining the output of advanced AI models, ensuring their responses are not only accurate but also engaging, contextually appropriate, and aligned with desired stylistic guidelines. You will analyze AI-generated text for creativity, coherence, emotional intelligence, and overall user experience, providing actionable feedback to enhance AI performance. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated text responses for adherence to specific tone, style, and brand voice guidelines.
- Assess the creativity, naturalness, and human-like quality of AI outputs across various prompts and scenarios.
- Identify and document areas for improvement in AI responses, including factual inaccuracies, grammatical errors, logical inconsistencies, and stylistic awkwardness.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to AI developers and model trainers.
- Categorize and label AI responses based on predefined criteria and quality rubrics.
- Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency and high standards across evaluation tasks.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI language models and natural language processing.
Required Skills
- Exceptional command of the English language, with a keen eye for grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect complex text for tone, style, and meaning.
