Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for injectable procedures.
- Assist practitioners during injectable treatments, ensuring client comfort and anticipating needs.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols.
- Document client information, treatment details, and before/after photos accurately in electronic medical records.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-care instructions for injectable treatments.
- Manage inventory of injectables and related supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization to meet health and safety standards.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Required Skills
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or medical spa setting.
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Empathetic and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically with cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers) or other aesthetic treatments.
- Knowledge of aesthetic product lines and treatment modalities.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Customer service experience in a high-end service industry.
