Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a comprehensive paid orientation program to learn about products, services, and customer interaction best practices.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in any service-oriented role (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., French, Mandarin) is an asset.
