Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to company standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all linen, towels, and guest supplies are stocked and properly organized.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and common spaces as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to management promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned duties within specified timeframes.

- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
