Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to company standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
  • Ensure all linen, towels, and guest supplies are stocked and properly organized.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and common spaces as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to management promptly.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage time effectively to complete all assigned duties within specified timeframes.
