Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator with a focus on Lead Management to join our dynamic team in Quebec City. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team by managing the flow of leads, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, and maintaining the integrity of our CRM system. You will play a critical part in optimizing our sales pipeline and contributing to the overall success of our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from initial capture to distribution to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Monitor lead performance and provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and pipeline status.
- Assist in developing and refining lead management processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure smooth lead hand-off and campaign alignment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies related to lead handling.
- Act as a primary point of contact for sales team inquiries regarding lead assignments and status.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, lead management, or a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
