Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Remote Tech Associate. This is a crucial role where you will provide technical support and assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic global team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
