Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven AI SEO Content Strategist to join our Growth Marketing team. This 100% remote role will be crucial in developing and executing cutting-edge SEO content strategies, leveraging artificial intelligence tools and insights to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance content performance across our digital properties. You will work closely with content creators, SEO specialists, product marketers, and data analysts to identify opportunities, develop scalable content frameworks, and measure the impact of your strategies on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI-driven SEO content strategies to achieve organic growth targets.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms for keyword research, content gap analysis, topic cluster identification, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with content writers and editors to guide the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with user intent and brand voice.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and internal AI platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, SEO, search engine algorithms, and content marketing to continuously refine strategies.
- Conduct regular content audits and identify opportunities for optimization, repurposing, and consolidation.
- Develop and maintain best practices for AI-assisted content creation, ensuring ethical use and quality standards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve content visibility and engagement.
- Educate internal teams on SEO best practices and the effective use of AI in content development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO content strategy or a related digital marketing role.
- Demonstrable experience with AI content generation tools and platforms (e.g., Jasper, OpenAI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with HubSpot's inbound marketing methodology.
- Proven track record of significantly increasing organic traffic and conversions.
- Experience with large-scale content projects and content management systems (CMS).
