Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Customer Liaison specializing in written support. This is a fully remote position where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues exclusively through digital channels such as email, chat, and support tickets. We are looking for empathetic and detail-oriented individuals with exceptional written communication skills who can provide outstanding service from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via email, chat, and other written communication platforms.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and efficient support.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate situations through written communication.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using multiple software applications simultaneously, including CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a remote customer service or customer liaison role.
- Familiarity with various CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer support environment.
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
