Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
  • Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Engage clients in stimulating activities and provide companionship.
  • Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all BrightStar Care policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
  • Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
