Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities and provide companionship.
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all BrightStar Care policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Foster a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
