Job Description
Are you passionate about crafting the perfect burger? Five Guys in Merchant City, Glasgow, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Burger Assemblers to join our vibrant team. As a Burger Assembler, you will be an integral part of our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing and assembling our famous burgers and fries to our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh burger patties, ensuring proper temperature and quality.
- Assemble burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches according to Five Guys' specific recipes and customer orders.
- Cook fries to golden perfection, following our established cooking procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, including proper food handling and storage.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met or exceeded.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
