Job Description
Join our dedicated Billboard Posting Crew and embark on an exciting career that takes you across the USA! This is an active, outdoor role where you’ll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of billboard advertisements. If you enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable with heights, and love the idea of traveling, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll be part of a vital team ensuring our clients’ messages are displayed prominently and professionally nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely climb billboards to install and remove advertising materials.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including bucket trucks and lifts.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on billboard structures as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Travel extensively across designated regions of the USA, often for several weeks at a time.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Required Skills
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor labor, construction, or maintenance roles.
- CDL Class A or B (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience operating bucket trucks or similar heavy machinery.
- High School Diploma or GED.
