As a Beach Attendant, you will be the face of our beach operations, ensuring guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and organize beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with equipment rentals, and provide information about beach amenities and activities.
  • Monitor beach areas for safety hazards and ensure all guests adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area throughout the day, including trash removal and tidying equipment.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of beach equipment and report any damages or shortages.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move beach equipment (e.g., chairs, umbrellas).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
