Job Description
Are you a high school graduate looking to kickstart your career in the financial services industry? As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Wells Fargo, providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions accurately, and helping them with their banking needs. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized and friendly service.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and effectively.
- Operate various office equipment, including computers, calculators, and other banking technology.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Basic mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cash handling or a customer-facing role.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish a plus).
- Familiarity with banking products and services.
