Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bank Support Specialist to join our team in Thornton, CO. This role is a unique blend of technical and administrative support, critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services. The ideal candidate will provide front-line technical assistance to internal staff, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our branch operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for banking systems, software, and hardware to internal staff.
- Troubleshoot common IT issues, escalating complex problems to specialized IT teams when necessary.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, and communication systems.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and providing initial technical orientation.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the branch manager and other staff with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and technical equipment, initiating orders as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
