Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in banking from the comfort of your home? BOK Financial is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Bank Associate. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the USA, offering a chance to learn the fundamentals of financial services, assist clients with their banking needs, and contribute to a leading financial institution. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and supporting our mission to empower our clients financially.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information regarding accounts, services, and transactions.
- Assist clients with opening new accounts, setting up online banking, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Process routine banking transactions and ensure adherence to all security and compliance protocols.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell BOK Financial products and services that meet client needs.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Stay informed about BOK Financial's products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with banking products and services.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
