Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in banking from the comfort of your home? This is a fully remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the USA, offering a chance to learn the fundamentals of financial services, assist clients with their banking needs, and contribute to a leading financial institution. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information regarding accounts, services, and transactions.
  • Assist clients with opening new accounts, setting up online banking, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Process routine banking transactions and ensure adherence to all security and compliance protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell BOK Financial products and services that meet client needs.
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Stay informed about BOK Financial's products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services.
  • Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
