As an Audio Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries, technical support, and service requests, playing a vital role in our commitment to exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to hearing aid users and hearing care professionals via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot basic hearing aid issues, including connectivity, sound quality, and device functionality.
- Guide customers through product features, usage, and maintenance procedures.
- Process service requests, repairs, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed about new products, software updates, and service procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to empathize with customers and handle sensitive situations with grace.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or technical support role (especially in healthcare or medical devices).
- Familiarity with audiology terminology or hearing aid technology.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
