Job Description
As an Office Operations Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our Microsoft office in Fremont, Seattle. This entry-level position is ideal for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual looking to start their career in a dynamic corporate environment. You will support various administrative and operational functions, contributing directly to a positive and productive workplace for our teams. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, meeting rooms, and office supplies.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking of office supplies, pantry items, and equipment.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Provide basic support for office equipment, including printers, copiers, and projectors.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for presentations and events.
- Perform light data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support various departments.
- Act as a helpful and friendly point of contact for employees and visitors.
- Support facility requests and coordinate with vendors for repairs or services.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role (internships or volunteer work considered)
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks
