Job Description
Are you passionate about music, festivals, and creating memorable experiences for young people? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Weekend Event Crew, specifically focusing on events designed for 17-year-old teens. This is an exciting part-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves being part of the action. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our weekend music events and festivals run smoothly, providing a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere for our attendees. No prior experience is required – just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including staging, decor, and activity zones.
- Greet attendees, provide directions, and answer questions to enhance their experience.
- Monitor designated areas to ensure safety regulations are followed and resolve minor issues.
- Support event staff with various tasks such as wristband checking, ushering, or merchandise assistance.
- Help maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the duration of the event.
- Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for teen attendees and their guardians.
- Participate in pre-event briefings to understand event flow and specific instructions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for weekend shifts.
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- A genuine interest in music, festivals, and youth-focused entertainment.
- Previous volunteer experience at events or community activities.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms used by teens is a plus.
- First Aid or CPR certification is beneficial but not required.
