Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apple Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position based in the USA, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the continental United States. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Apple ecosystem, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and associated hardware and software. You will be instrumental in providing advanced technical support, solution deployment, and strategic guidance to our diverse client base, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Apple technologies in various professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level remote technical support for Apple hardware (Mac, iPad, iPhone) and software (macOS, iOS, productivity suites).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Apple products, networking, and third-party applications.
  • Manage and deploy Apple devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or similar.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes, solutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and implement tailored Apple solutions.
  • Conduct remote training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support staff.
  • Stay current with new Apple technologies, updates, and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements.
  • Assist with pre-sales and post-sales technical consultations as needed.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience with macOS, iOS, and iPadOS administration and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to support and configure Apple hardware (Mac desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads).
  • Familiarity with network protocols, Wi-Fi configuration, and basic server administration.
  • Strong understanding of Apple ID, iCloud, and enterprise authentication methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
  • Experience with advanced MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro administration and scripting).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
