Job Description
Are you passionate about the latest Apple technology and enjoy providing constructive feedback? Userlytics Corporation is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our network of Apple App Beta Testers. In this fully remote role, you will be tasked with testing pre-release versions of iOS applications, identifying bugs, suggesting improvements, and providing detailed feedback on user experience and functionality. No prior experience in app testing is required; we’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a desire to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Test unreleased Apple iOS applications thoroughly on your personal Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and usability issues clearly and concisely
- Provide detailed written feedback on app features, design, and overall user experience
- Complete specific testing tasks and scenarios as outlined in each project brief
- Communicate effectively with project managers and development teams regarding findings
- Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements regarding unreleased software
- Submit comprehensive test reports within designated deadlines
Required Skills
- Ownership of at least one Apple iOS device (iPhone or iPad) capable of running the latest iOS versions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues
- Excellent written communication skills in English for clear bug reporting and feedback
- Basic proficiency with mobile applications and general technology
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously
- Reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience participating in beta testing programs (formal or informal)
- Familiarity with different iOS versions and Apple ecosystem features
- Experience with screen recording tools or bug reporting software
- A passion for user experience and product improvement
