Job Description

Join NTT Data as an AI Virtual Assistant and embark on an exciting journey in the world of artificial intelligence and digital support. This is a unique opportunity for individuals eager to start their careers, as freshers are welcome and no prior experience is required. As an AI Virtual Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing efficient, text-based support, managing information, and assisting various internal teams through our cutting-edge AI platforms. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. Please note: This role is exclusively focused on digital and text-based interactions; no phone calls are involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to a wide range of inquiries via chat and email using AI-powered tools.
  • Perform data entry, information retrieval, and document management tasks with high accuracy.
  • Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and organizing digital workflows for various departments.
  • Support internal teams by providing timely information and assistance as guided by AI systems.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate human specialists when AI capabilities are exceeded.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI system functionalities and company-specific information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI responses and knowledge base by providing feedback.
