Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional 15-year-old teens to join our team as Hostesses. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable customer service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience with your warm welcome and efficient service. You will manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and ensure the dining area is always presentable. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and thank them genuinely upon departure.
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently, ensuring fair and timely seating.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and introducing their server.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist with reservation inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
- Assist dining room staff with light duties as needed, such as wiping down tables or refilling water.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with courtesy and escalate when necessary.
