Job Description
Join Target’s dedicated team as a Field Quality Auditor, focusing on our retail and service operations in the Pasco region. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for upholding Target’s commitment to excellence by conducting thorough on-site audits of our various retail locations and service centers. You will assess compliance with operational standards, quality protocols, and customer service guidelines, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring consistent brand delivery. This position offers the unique benefit of weekly payouts, reflecting our appreciation for your immediate and impactful contributions. Travel within the designated Pasco area will be required to visit different Target sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive on-site quality audits of Target retail stores and service departments.
- Evaluate compliance with established operational procedures, safety standards, and merchandising guidelines.
- Assess customer service interactions and store cleanliness to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Identify deviations from company standards and best practices, documenting findings accurately.
- Provide constructive feedback to store leadership and collaborate on corrective action plans.
- Generate detailed audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to conduct objective and thorough on-site evaluations.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using audit software or data entry systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail operations, quality control, or auditing.
- Familiarity with Target's operational standards and brand values.
- Certification in Quality Auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
