Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Wealth Management Advisors with client meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.

  • Learn and apply knowledge of various financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.
  • Support clients in navigating digital banking tools and resources.
  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance regulations and company policies.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and professional skills.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the branch.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about the financial services industry.
