Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Sorter to join our distribution team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for light work in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, with the added benefit of weekly pay. As a Warehouse Sorter specializing in makeup products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our beauty items are accurately received, sorted, and prepared for shipment. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain the quality and integrity of our products, supporting our mission to deliver an exceptional beauty experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and organize incoming makeup products and beauty items according to designated categories and locations.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, or discrepancies upon arrival and report any issues.
- Efficiently pick and pack items for outgoing shipments, ensuring correct product count and secure packaging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the sorting area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fast-paced sorting environment.
- Familiarity with beauty products or a general interest in the beauty industry.
- Experience using an RF scanner.
