Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and focused Warehouse Scanner to join our team in South Philadelphia. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, high-volume environment but prefer a low-stress, independent work style. As a Warehouse Scanner, you will be responsible for accurately scanning and tracking inventory, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate handheld scanners to accurately record incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Verify product counts and ensure data integrity within the warehouse management system.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in inventory to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Skills

  • Ability to operate scanning equipment (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently throughout a shift.
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
