Job Description
Are you an early riser with a passion for people and a desire to learn new skills? Tim Hortons is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Morning Shift Barista Trainee. No prior experience is required – we’re ready to train the right candidate! Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the preparation of Tim Hortons' signature coffee, specialty beverages, and food items.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a smile.
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including beverage stations, serving areas, and dining spaces.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures diligently.
- Assist with stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy morning shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
