Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the designated systems.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a virtual setting.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in basic computer usage and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
